This is the second estate sale at the historic Kamb House in Mt. Vernon. 
We've pulled down more stuff from the attic and reorganized the main floors. 

Get ready for a truly special estate sale in one of Mt. Vernon’s oldest and most well-known family homes! This multi-story Colonial home, built in the early 1900s by a member of the family, has been home to generations of history — and one of the family’s own was a longtime antiques dealer. Every room is full of treasures waiting to be discovered!

You’ll find a wonderful mix of antique and vintage pieces, everyday household goods, and unique collectibles of all kinds. There’s truly something here for everyone — whether you’re a collector, decorator, or just love a good bargain!

• First come, first served — please form an orderly line before entry.

• Entry may be limited to maintain safety and space inside the home.

• Local sales tax applies to all purchases.

• Payment: Cash or credit card only. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.

• All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

• No early sales or holds before the sale begins.

• No large purses, tote bags, or backpacks inside, please.

• Bring your own loading help and equipment — we are unable to assist with loading or lifting heavy items.

• Large furniture items may not be removed until the final day of the sale (depending on location and access).

• Resellers: Please bring a paper copy of your valid reseller permit.

• Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other shoppers.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• No pets inside the home (service animals welcome).

• Parking: Please park respectfully — do not block driveways or mailboxes.

• Security: For everyone’s safety, the premises may be monitored and staff may inspect bags upon exit.
