This is the largest single collection of pottery we have ever worked with.

There are Over 1400 LOTS of Antique and Vintage Pottery. 

Auction Day 1 will end on Saturday, Auction Day 2 will end on Sunday.

Cathie was a vintage store vendor for decades in Skagit, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties.  She enjoyed the beauty of her treasures and displayed them gorgeously. When Cathie’s health took a turn for the worse, her many treasures at the “Cat's Meow" were packed up and brought home. In her memory, her family is letting them go to find new homes.

She was a collector of vintage pottery and glassware, among her favorites were; McCoy, Nelson McCoy, Bauer/Bauer Brusche, Fiesta Ware, Homer Laughlin, Weil Ware, Shawnee, Hull, Red Wing, Coors, Ringware, Metlox, Maddux, Flatzgraff, Gladding McBean, Franciscan, Royal Copenhagen, Haeger, Roseville, Weller, Pacific, USA. Alternative shipping addresses will require a completed authorization form or payment by wire transfer.

SHIPPING CHARGES - $20 MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED, BEFORE SHIPPING CHARGES APPLIED. WE WILL GROUP ITEMS INTO ONE BOX WHEN ABLE. WE SHIP IN-HOUSE UNLESS BUYER REQUESTS TO USE A THIRD PARTY SHIPPER. HANDLING IS $7 UP TO 24", $14 UP TO 60", + COST OF MATERIALS + COST OF SHIPPING (including additional fees such as insurance) + APPLICABLE SALES TAX

BIDDING -
Each lot has its own closing time; they are staggered to close one after the other. Bidding remains open on any lot until the lot has closed. This Auction features a soft close which extends closing time by one (1) minute if bids are placed within last one (1) minute before lot closes.

ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE:

PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS reserves the right to withdraw from Auction any of the items listed or to sell at this Auction items not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller is served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed, in bulk. 

CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD:

PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS   shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as-is" and without recourse, including shipped merchandise.  By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 

PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS has not conducted an appraisal on any of the items in this catalog; the estimates stated herein are auction estimates and are not appraisals.  We are not authenticators and have not authenticated any of the items in this catalog. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Any additional terms or conditions of sale, added by PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS, shall be announced prior to the Auction. Auctioneer and staff reserve the right to participate in this auction, including but not limited to; Floor Bids, Absentee Bids, Phone Bids.

REMOVAL: 

Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only upon presentation of a paid bill. PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS  shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased.  BIDDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, OR DISPOSAL FEES FOR ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR RETRIEVED WITHIN  SPECIFIED PICK UP TIME.  SAID ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND MAY BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD AT A FUTURE AUCTION AT THE AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION.  SAID ITEMS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE AUCTIONEER. 

NON-DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY: 

PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS   shall not, in any event, be liable for non removal or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to it.

CLAIMS: No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.

PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK: 

Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefore. Attendees prohibited from the operation, testing of power equipment. Neither PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS   nor principal shall be liable by the event of any dispute. PACIFIC AUCTIONS AND APPRAISALS   may tape record and/or video tape any auction and buyer agrees to allow such tape recording and/or video tape to be submitted as evidence in a court of law. Buyer agrees to pay all reasonable fees incurred in enforcing these terms.

VEHICLES, TRAILERS, ATVs, MOTORCYCLES, SNOWMOBILES, VESSELS:

NO WARRANTIES are offered, expressed or implied on vehicles, trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles or vessels.  All are sold AS-IS WHERE IS, buyer accepts the item AS-IS and buyer assumes ALL risks and/or liabilities.  Buyer agrees to pay all associated expenses for acquiring, moving/removing, licensing, transfer of title, etc.
